A strong foundation is must for any home. Since Texas soil is finicky, we encourage soil tests to determine the type of foundation needed.

To provide structural integrity we wrap our homes in plywood before foam sheathing.

Insulation is another crucial factor to a quality home. We prefer to wrap homes in foam sheathing to add to the insulation rating.

Crown molding and paint grade trim is standard to our trim packages.

After soils testing, many engineers like to include piers under the foundation, to insure the structural security of your home.

Per structural engineers designs, piers can go anywhere from 12-25 feet.
