Plans	You can use your plan, our plan or we will have one custom designed for you.
Bidding Process	We will bid your plan to meet your specifications. Every part of the plan will be covered in detail. You will be given a budget and proposal detailing exactly what the price includes. This ensures there will be no costly surprises for you and makes the whole building process a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Foundations	Soils analysis are performed by a geotechnical engineer and foundations are designed by a structural engineer.
